My glass is blue not white.... I still need quarter panels though. That stuff doesn't really do anything except make it look better so it's fairly low priority. The only thing you guys will see is my tailgate anyways...

LOL, I meant draft me up a new pic of my bronco, but with the autofab higher cut fenders.. hahaha.

I know your junk runs like a bat out of hell! Mine is mall crawler build, to hit those speed bump doubles at 10 mph (2x the 5mph speed limit!!)

I took mine to the lot behind the mall to test it... it just happens to be a SCORE racetrack... lol.

Well, I feel the home stretch for the glass near. I went to a JY and picked up several misc brackets, a spare lower valence, etc etc and got those powdercoated as well. Took the time today to finish up all the wiring, zip ties (Darren York Style) and brackets under the hood. Was great to do, because my pops came up to stay with us for a few days.... and from a Bronco, experince point of view, it was my dad that got us hooked on them, and this sport. So spent about 4-5 hours in the hood, shooting the shet while tightening bolts with him. Was truly awesome!!

I know what you mean! It just flat looks great. You gonna have it ready for the 1000?

Absolutely. Plan to finish her up this week. Only things left to do immediately are bolt the hood and fenders in, which is about a one hour job. And then charge the rear shocks.

Shakedown will be the september 11th race. And then oct 2nd trip. You gonna make it??

For the 1000, we are heading to san felipe and will probably hang out down there for 3 days.

Thanks guys, I am super pleased. A couple of things thagt really put me over the top:
1) Fit and finish is awesome
2) I was dreading going with a wider fender, the flare on these kicks butt for stock width
3) Doing about 90% of the disassembly and reassembly myself (had my pops in the garage with me the last two days doing re-assembly, and that also kicked butt, since he got me into this costly sport!)
4) Getting so much advice and help from folks here (Nick, Yikes, Andy, Chris, Steve, etc etc etc) that I think I was able to avoid mistakes, and make sure it came out well done. I like it.

For those who want help, I took tons of pictures along the way, and would gladly help, share give tips on stuff I learned, etc etc etc.

Whats next??? Gotta mount the hood tomorrow.
1) Some sort of Trophy Style mud flaps in the rear to protect the rear shocks
2) Inner Fenders cut to fit with the new glass
3) Ambulance Style drag link
4) Some brake work (booster, master, disc rear)
5) Maintenance (Replace TRE, Ball Joints)
6) Much later on the list, but Keifers Uniball/Clocked Beams

Thanks to all who helped along this process, truly mean that!!

You should buy the reinforced drag link from Kris. You won't find it at a better price or stronger.

Nice job on the fenders! It almost makes me want to mount mine... almost.

Actually, I did buy that from Kris. I just have not been in san dimas to pick it up, but will do so this friday.
Thanks on the fenders... agree, it is a ton of work.

Nick and Chris, thanks guys!

Shoulda told me Tony. I dropped a steering box off at his place a couple weeks ago and drove by it on my way out on Saturday and back on Sunday.

I'll be headed back out that way this weekend if you need me to grab it.

Princess is lookin gooooooood! Now get that hood on!
