Maybe i just got a bad ignition coil...idk! But right now im running the stocker and it runs great. The 6 litre tune article reccomended gapping the plugs .055...I was a little concerned with this "running the stock ignition" so meet somewhere in the in the middle and went with .050 gap, stock is .0...

Ive got an issue here...when i got home i measured the leaf springs and there 2.25" wide...not 2.5"...this doesnt sound right! are the f150 springs dead on 2.5"?
I really need your guys input, the guy said he would give me the $$ back so i need to make a decision...HELP!!!

I did the six liter tune and was impressed...the purpose of the after market ignition coil is to bump the voltage output which allows you to open up the plugs a bit more for a better burn. Im sure the reason I felt such an improvement was due to the timing advancement though..When i first checked my...

Picking up the leaf springs and shackles after work today!
To make up for the 1/2 in difference in leaf spring width I was going to cut out some 2.5 in diameter washers using 1/4 inch plate.
Would you guys recommend welding them to the inside of the leaf hanger so they dont rotate?

Nick the guy said he wants $100 for the shackles which means I could get the leafs for $400. What does Mark charge for his shackles?

I need some help here guys... So heres the deal, i found some new national leafs for a f150 and C&D shackles for $600...First off is that a good price? Orderd the coils today from JBG, I decided to go with the deaver 5.5's $160 not a bad deal but the S&H is what got me...total came out to $203. SO I just got a set of Solo cut & turned beams along with their extended radius arms. I plan on using the existing coil bucket and building a shock hoop. Ive been told that a 5" spring would be ideal for this setup but I cant seam to find a 5" spring other then the deaver 5.5. What are you guys runn...
